The Beatsteaks are a German alternative rock and punk rock band from Berlin that was formed in 1995. Together with Die Ärzte and Die Toten Hosen, the group is among the most commercially successful German punk rock bands. They are now back on tour across the GSA region at the moment with their new album ‘Please’.

‘Please’ is now the ninth studio album of the Beatsteaks and was released after a seven year hiatus. And it’s an enormous success – the tour has been sold out for ages.

He dropped out of the school and apprenticed in retail sales for a sports equipment store. In the early 1990s, he began to play guitar and quit his hobby soccer.”
