Who doesn't know that typical travel feeling that sets in when you're finally on the plane and look out the window just before landing? Pure anticipation! The BRITISH AIRWAYS Reflections campaign captures this very special moment by showcasing spectacular landscapes from a passenger's perspective through the airplane window.
The Reflections campaign was developed as an extension of the brand platform "A British Original" in collaboration with the agency Uncommon Creative Studio. The visuals were post-produced by global player RECOM FARMHOUSE, with particular noteworthy mention for their subtle image editing and the masterful integration of the mirrored logo into the engine reflections.
The agency team responsible for the campaign includes Nils Leonard – co-founder of Uncommon Creative Studio, Matt Curtis – Creative Director of Design, Paul Mason-Barney – Art Director, and Hannah King – Agency Producer.
What's striking: The posters completely forgo traditional marketing elements – there are neither slogans nor text. Only the iconic British Airways "Speedmarque" logo is printed in reverse and upside down on the engine. This creates the effect of a natural light reflection on the engine cowling.
The images themselves were photographed by renowned British photographers and showcase the airline's dream destinations worldwide, such as the coast of the Bahamas or urban skylines.
The campaign images were strategically placed in high-traffic locations, such as right next to a London Underground station. The first posters and digital displays in this series launched on October 21 and 22, 2025, at over 300 locations across the UK. The campaign builds on the success of its predecessor, "Windows," which was launched in March 2024.
