Swedish comedian Kristina Keyyo Petrushina has released her first cookbook. Matilda LINDEBLAD c/o AGENT MOLLY & CO photographed the simpatico jokester for the book ‘Mitt livs buffér’, which translates roughly to ‘the buffet of her life’. Styling was taken care of by Ylva BERGVIST c/o AGENT MOLLY & CO.
She was born in Omsk, Russia, and moved to Sweden when she was eight years old. Her first memory of food in Sweden is of sweets, and in an interview with Aftonbladet, she explains that she thought she had landed in heaven. She wants to celebrate her wedding reception in a fast food restaurant, she is a loyal fan of mashed potatoes, and with the very first salary she earned from her YouTube videos, she bought a kebab pizza. She is meanwhile also a successful presenter.
The shoot for SWEDISH TASTE was a bit calmer, for which Matilda LINDEBLAD c/o AGENT MOLLY & CO photographed oysters and mussels. SWEDISH TASTE was founded in 2000 by Magnus Lindström, a two-time Olympic Champion in the hotel and restaurant industry and winner of the Chef of the Year Award in 2003. In his kitchen, you can experience an evening of cooking with several of the best chefs in Sweden. They work with Swedish ingredients, often from the west coast, and are located on St. Eriksgatan in Stockholm and in a historic vaulted cellar in NK Gothenburg, where they also run an indoor market.
