Bochum-Gelsenkirchener Straßenbahnen AG—known as BOGESTRA—is a municipal transport company in the Ruhr region. With a fleet of around 400 vehicles, it operates bus, tram, and light rail lines in Bochum, Gelsenkirchen, Witten, Hattingen, and the surrounding areas within the Rhine-Ruhr Transport Association (Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Ruhr).
Christian Deutscher photographed many of BOGESTRA’s campaigns and press images between 2020 and 2026. We present a selection of his work here.
