Das Kaffee-Unternehmen rief das gleichnamige Projekt "Coffee VS Gangs" ins Leben, um jungen Leuten aus den ärmeren Gegenden von Honduras eine Alternative zu den kriminellen Gangs und eine Zukunftsperspektive aufzuzeigen. Innerhalb von elf Monaten lernen die 20 Teilnehmer wie man Kaffee-Farmer wird, vom eigentlichen Anbau bis hin zur Unternehmensführung. Der Wahlberliner ist spezialisiert auf Musikvideos und Werbefilme, unter anderem drehte er bereits für Rammstein, Guano Apes, Jan Delay und Die Toten Hosen. Zu seinem Portfolio gehören zudem Großkunden wie Coca-Cola, Casio, Porsche, Sat. 1 oder Premiere.
Aktuell online ist sein SIXT Spot mit Schlagerstar Roberto Blanco. Im Auftrag von Jung von Matt/Alster drehte Jörn HEITMANN gemeinsam mit DOP Christopher HÄRING das höchstironische Gangster-Rapper Video mit dem Schlager-Star alias R. Blanc-O. Unter dem Motto "Ein bisschen Spar'n muss sein" singt der mittlerweile 77-jährige "Roberto ist doch blanco, wie kommt der denn ins Cabrio?" Klar, das ngelneue BMW 4er-Cabrio ist ja ein Leihwagen. Für die indonesische Zigarettenmarke 'A Mild' aus dem Hause PT SAMPOERNA arbeitete er mit der Agentur Bates Chi & Partners und den Produktionern von The Sweet Shop & Lynx Films, um den Zuschauer auf eine abenteuerliche Reise zu schicken, die uns in eindrucksvollen Bildern daran erinnert das wir alle verbunden sind. Regisseur Andreas ROTH und die Online-Plattform Panthalassa lancierten den offiziellen Teaser zum Kurzfilm "Sea Legend". In atemberaubenden Bildern erzählt ein baskischer Fischer die unglaubliche Geschichte eines mysteriösen Wesens aus der Tiefe des Ozeans. Kreiert wurde der Film für die NGO Oceana, um auf bedrohte Meeresbewohner aufmerksam zu machen - um welches es genau geht, wird auf der Premiere beim San Sebastian Film Festival Ende September verraten. Das Projekt wird von prominenter Seite unterstützt, unter anderem von Ted Danson und Ridley Scott. Esther Kurle, born in 1973 and mother of one child is currently living in Berlin. Before she founded Trinity Agency in Germany, she worked as a producer for several years.
Since 2006 Esther is the owner of Esther Kurle Management.

Bernadette Graf was born in 1976 and is living in Munich with her family.
She has a diploma in American Studies and 6 years of experience as a sales rep and project manager @ gap films in Munich under her belt, before she founded Bernadette Graf Management in 2008.
BASE PRAGUE BY NICK AND PAVLINA SAWARD
Nick Saward was born in 1961. He worked in the UK as a production manager and then 15 years as a producer before moving to Prague in 2002 to produce for Stillking Films. 7 years later he founded Saward Management. Nick is living in Prague with his two children and his wife Pavlina Saward (born Prikrylova) who serves as the creative head of the DBC base in Prague.
Pavlina worked as a Production Manager on more than 130 commercials in the last 10 years for Stillking Films in Prague. Prior to that she worked on 19 movies in different production positions and production companies for 15 years. Pavlina joined Esther Kurle Management in January 2009 along with Nick to work as an agent for directors and DOP`s.
BASE HAMBURG BY KLEMENS KEMPKES
Klemens Kempkes is based in Hamburg. He looks back on more than 20 years of experience working in the film industry being a set manager, producer, production manager and agency producer. In 1999 he founded Good Fellows and joined the Driven By Creatives network in 2010.
BASE MILAN BY ANTONELLA PERILLO
Antonella Perillo is currently living in Milan. She has 30 years of experience in the Entertainment industry as Agent, Casting Director and PA. She got to travel all around the world as a PA for Simply Red. After she took a break to become the mother of two wonderful children, she founded ABC Casting in Milan and became part of the Gallagher Casting Network and Rolf Scheider Casting Company in Paris-Berlin-Hamburg. She has done casting for world-renowned filmmakers like Zack Snyder, Tony Kaye and many others. In 2003, she started ABC & Director's Agency, a film directors agency that works directly with production companies and advertising agencies.
