Patagonia, Inc. ist ein in Ventura, Kalifornien, Vereinigte Staaten, ansässiger Hersteller von Outdoor-Bekleidung. Gegründet wurde Patagonia 1973 von Yvon Chouinard. Das Unternehmen ist politisch sehr aktiv. So verklagte es 2017 die Trump-Regierung um nationale Denkmäler zu schützen. 2020 startete Patagonia eine Kampagne gegen amerikanische Politiker, die in der Öffentlichkeit die Klimakrise leugneten. Dabei wurden in Shorts Etiketten mit der Aufschrift "Vote the assholes out" eingenäht. Patagonia ging dabei nicht speziell gegen eine Partei vor, sondern gegen alle Politiker, die die Klimakrise missachteten, die Wissenschaft dazu ignorierten oder Profit aus der Öl- und Gasindustrie zogen und vermutlich immer noch ziehen.
