Wir lassen sehr gerne Andreas Vigl selber zu Wort kommen : "Yes, it might be one of the most widely spread clichés, but there is some truth to it : You find the most beautiful paradises at your doorstep; all you have to do is look hard enough. In the winter of 2020, we spent a long weekend in a real oasis which has been hidden from our plain sight for so long. A secluded hut, so close to home that we could even see the city and the highway through the windows. How often must we have driven by this spot without having spared a thought about skiing? We spent three days amidst the mountains, surrounded by tree runs, spines and couloirs in a terrain reminiscent of Canada and Alaska. Three days of ski, eat, sleep, repeat. As simple as that. The trip was accompanied by El Flamingo Films. The mini-documentary has landed a spot in the official selection of the BANFF Film Festival 2020."
