Ra/Re Imaging : Post production for fashion spreads in GLAMOUR, ONE MAG and INSTYLE GERMANY, photo documentary 'Waiting Waiting', and interior motifs for barbers shop Westflügel

One of the fashion spreads Kathrin Makowski realized for GLAMOUR was given the perfect look by RAMONA REUTER in post production. For Johannes GRAF, post production company Ra/Re Imaging took care of retouching two fashion spreads, which were published the INSTYLE GERMANY as well as in ONE MAG.

Ra/Re Imaging was on the job for the photo documentary 'Waiting Waiting' about a workshop series with underage refugees from the Vocational School for Professional Integration. It was organized as part of the program “Dance and Theater Make You Strong” from the German Association of Independent Performing Arts. Over the course of seven weeks, Taigué Ahmed and his artistic team, including Cheikh Bangoura (percussion), Benno Heisel (music), Angelika Krautzberger (scenic role play) and Sarah Israel (dramaturgy and text) with 20 pupils of the B Vocational School for Professional Integration put together a piece dealing with the subject of waiting in dance, theater and music workshops. Ramona Reuter from Ra/Re Imaging was also behind the camera.

Ramona Reuter photographed atmospheric image motifs and interiors in the "The Study" of the happening Munich barber shop, Westflügel.

About Kathrin Makowski

Hello!  I am kathrinmakowski , a Munich based fashion and beauty photographer. After my study of languages I dedicated myself to what I truly wanted to do. I wanted to combine my abilities with a profession that gives me the possibility to feel free, to express feelings and to allow me to develop as a person.

To get there, I was lucky to spend several years assisting very talented photographers who gave me the opportunity to learn and to reflect different points of view. After a certain time, I felt I needed a different inspiring place in order to move forward. I moved to London and New York, realizing several personal projects and extending my portfolio. Back home, I started working for different magazines and commercial clients (Opus, Glamour, HUF Magazine, Quality Magazine...).

My work connects a high level of naturalness and sensitivity with a calm and modern visual language. For me, the way to create autenthic photographs is by realizing who you are and putting this into your work.
