Food and still-life photographer Lars Ranek created a series for Danish client Stryhns featuring meat and seafood specialties. Air-dried ham, olives, figs, herbs and langoustines are arranged on bright surfaces in clean, graphic compositions.
The images draw on the natural colors and textures of the ingredients. Rather than elaborate food styling, Lars focuses on a few carefully selected elements and plenty of space – Mediterranean indulgence meets Scandinavian restraint. Stryhns is a long-established Danish food company offering a broad foodservice range, including charcuterie specialties from across Europe.
