The Oscars were just given out – and now we reveal the faces of the MASSIMO DUTTI '689 5th Av. Limited Collection' campaign for S/S 2015: Jon Kortajarena, Anna JAGODZINSKA c/o VIVA MODELS, Shaun de Wet and Melodie Monrose, as well as Florian VAN BAEL c/o KULT MODELS, Valery Kaufman and Alicja Tubilewicz. The ‘winners’ behind the camera were HUNTER & GATTI, who captured the pictures perfectly. The stylist on set was Marina Gallo.
MARCIANO booked photography duo HUNTER & GATTI to shoot the S/S 2015 collection. The photographs developed a glamorous visual language in front of larger-than-life label initials, in which they snapped models Rachel Mortenson, Xenia Deli, Solveig Mork, Yara Khmidan and Eugen Bauder. 'Guess?' co-founder and namesake Paul Marciano personally carried out the art direction.
The HUGO BOSS Green collection combines expressive clothing with a premium sportswear approach. HUNTER & GATTI snapped the Spring/Summer 2015 campaign with top male model Mikkel JENSEN c/o KULT MODELS. The shots they produced underneath the clear blue Californian sky look urban, sporty and sophisticated at the same time. A combination that perfectly encapsulates the core of the BOSS Green sporty lifestyle and the current collection theme ‘Holiday in Utopia’. The focus was on details, such as water resistant fabrics or high-necked collars, inspired by water sports.
In particular, the clear design of the architecture of the terrace Sheats-Goldstein residence with its breathtaking view of the skyline of Los Angeles, inspired Spanish photographers Hunter & Gatti, who already photographed the previous BOSS Green campaigns. The Sheats-Goldstein villa, built in 1963 by the American architect John Lautner, is the home of eccentric billionaire James Goldstein, which he rents out now and again for shoots or film productions – ‘Charlie's Angels’ and ‘The Big Lebowski’ were filmed here, among others.
Young actress Elizabeth 'Lizzy' Olsen posed for HUNTER & GATTI’s camera for the S/S 2015 ‘Dreams' issue by VS magazine. The team created a dramatic fashion spread, inspired by horror films such as 'Silent House', with the American actress. Stylist Mary Fellowes, hairstylist Mark Townsend and make-up artist Hung Vanngo worked as part of the team on location. We present the dark and theatrical results here on GoSee.
