Tigers, orangutans and other wild animals inspire children of all ages. Aided by the textiles and stuffed animals from the DJUNGELSKOG collection – which was designed by EDHOLM ULLENIUS c/o AGENT MOLLY & CO – IKEA creates an up-close experience for kids.
"In real life, theses species are threatened by human progress. But that can be changed. For our textiles, we chose sustainably-produced cotton, lyocell and polyester made of recycled plastic. That's how we pay homage to all the wonderful animals threatened with extinction," goes promise of IKEA.
Designers Sissi Edholm and Lisa Ullenius founded their office in Stockholm in 2002 and have since been registered under Edholm Ullenius.
