‘Bridges, Bayous & Beyond’ – Matthew Jones for Mercedes-Benz Magazine

Matthew Jones traveled to Houston, Texas, for Mercedes-Benz Magazine, photographing the Mercedes-AMG E 53 HYBRID 4MATIC+ Estate against the backdrop of downtown Houston, its highways and the surprisingly wild nature of the Texan metropolis.

Titled ‘Bridges, Bayous & Beyond’, the story takes us from urban Houston to the Bridge House by Lake Flato Architects – an award-winning residence nestled in lush vegetation and seemingly blending into the surrounding landscape.

Matthew Jones translates the road trip into his signature cinematic visual language: architecture, streets, palm trees and incidental details meet the Mercedes-AMG, creating the feeling of a journey rather than a conventional automotive production. Matthew Jones is represented by Emeis Deubel.
