Carlos Alcaraz is one of Nike’s key global brand ambassadors in tennis. Dennis Scholz, a new addition to the Emeis Deubel roster, photographed the Spaniard for Nike Tennis.

"We are delighted to welcome photographer Dennis Scholz to Emeis Deubel. Growing up on a skateboard, Dennis developed an instinct for capturing fast movement, genuine emotion, and the decisive moment—an approach that naturally opened the door to the commercial world. Passion and flow continue to shape his visual language today: honest, dynamic, and deeply human.

Whether on set or on the road, Dennis focuses on real moments, raw energy, and authentic connection. Based between Berlin and Cape Town, he brings an international perspective and a distinctive sense of spontaneity to every project." — Emeis Deubel, creative agency, Berlin.

Dennis Scholz splits his time between Berlin and Cape Town; as an established sports photographer, he regularly produces major official campaigns for Nike Tennis, including work for the Roland Garros Collection and Nike SB. His distinctive style—which dissolves the boundary between authentic documentary work and high-end aesthetics—has earned him commissions from leading global sports and fashion brands.

Back in the game: Carlos Alcaraz was sidelined for about four and a half months during the 2026 season due to a right wrist injury. Now he is back: Carlos competed as the top seed at the 2026 Kinoshita Group Japan Open Tennis Championships in Tokyo. He advanced to the final, where he defeated the Czech player Jiří Lehečka on October 6, 2026, successfully defending his title in Japan.

We are showcasing a selection of the photographer's sports portfolio on goseee.news. You can view more of his work directly through his agency, EMEIS DEUBEL.
