"The industry has operated against the artisan in favor of the idler, in favor of capital and against labor. Any mechanical invention whatsoever has been more harmful to humanity than a century of war. Our initial values are getting compromised on a daily basis, and it’s nearly impossible to not get involved with something morally vague. The systems we invented in good faith to bring humanity a step forward have gotten out of control and are turning against us with intense speed and pressure." says WHITELIES Magazine about its third issue. For the cover spread titled 'The stars look very different today' in Berlin-based WHITELIES magazine, Marius Uhlig photographed model Annely Bouma. The outfits were put together by BIGOUDI stylist Paul Maximilian SCHLOSSER.

The magazine on its issue: "In our third issue, we are incredibly happy to give you the opportunity to read the words of Geoffrey B. Small, the avant-gardist and recycled fashion pioneer. We talk to Iris Van Herpen on her approach to artisanry and how to use modern day technology to enhance craftsmanship, photographer Sébran D’Argent takes us on a journey to Ladakh, and we call artist Paul Kremer fat."

Since summer 2012, Jutta Schweiger and Marianne Tochtermann have been designing “Tops for everyday luxury”. Their brand 7 Chic Avenue stands for elegant, high-quality and reasonably priced silk tops. From ICON mag, we learn the following about the blouse label: “Seven friends meet in a student flat in London. They exchange thoughts about fashion, style and life in general – and call themselves 7 Chic Avenue. This name is taken on years later by two members of the group, Jutta and Marianne, for their own fashion label. The brand really exists as do the two women.” Responsible for the cool look of the new 7 CHIC AVENUE motifs was BIGOUDI hair & make-up artist Anja FICHTENMAYER. Photos were shot by Sina Görtz, and we have the result for you on GoSee.
