Bettina Lewin : in Vietnam for CONDE NAST TRAVELLER, LEWIN made-to-measure clothing & accessories in Hamburg and off to Mexico for ANTHROPOLOGIE

Hamburg based photographer BETTINA LEWIN travelled to one of the newly discovered dream destinations in the world for CONDÉ NAST TRAVELLER UK magazine: Vietnam.

We are pleased to show you this delicate dreamy spread with a touch of nostalgia here on GoSee. Andreas DORIA c/o GoSee member UPFRONT carried out the retouching.

She also produced new motifs for her longstanding Hamburg client LEWIN made-to-measure clothing & accessories.

Handsome male model David GUERRE c/o GoSee member KULT MODELS posed for her camera.

Anja C. PAGEL c/o LIGANORD was in charge of grooming the attractive young man on set; while stylist Hendrik SCHAULIN, also c/o LIGANORD, did an excellent job of transforming him into a sophisticated gentleman.

The location for the shoot was the Highnoon Studio in Hamburg; Andreas DORIA c/o UPFRONT was once again responsible for carrying out the post-production.

And because third time’s a charm, we also present Bettina’s spread for ANTHROPOLOGIE magazine.

She photographed the spread in Mérida, the capital of Yucatáns in Mexico.

About Bettina Lewin

Bettina Lewin was born in Hildesheim, Lower Saxony, Germany. When she was as young as 9-years-old, she was determined to become a Photographer one day. After completing High School, she left for Barcelona where she started working as a Photographer for the independent magazine, V.O.; and produced a campaign for a Spanish fashion chain with just 4 rolls of film and 1 lens. The campaign was a huge success. In an unexpected turn, Bettina was then presented an opportunity to become a Beauty Editor, which she accepted and held for 12 years. Despite her success in this role, she never let go of her deep love for photography and decided to resign and return to it. Her work has since been shown in many exhibitions.
In 2001, Bettina became a full-time Photographer.
