LAKE wurde von den Freundinnen Cassandra Cannon und Anne Read Lattimore in Savannah, Georgia, gegründet wurde. Die beiden waren auf der Suche nach klassischen Pyjamas, die sowohl stilvoll als auch bequem sind. Durch ihre Suche und Innovation wurde der LAKE-Pyjama geboren. Ihre ursprünglichen Designs begannen mit einer einfachen Silhouette, einem klassischen Streifen und dem weichsten Stoff, den man sich vorstellen kann: 100 % peruanische Pima-Baumwolle.
