Björn von Morgenstern: "A life. I only pursued comedy because I was afraid of sitting by the sea somewhere at 70 and thinking, "Maybe comedy would have been something for me." I just wanted to make sure I never had to think that thought.
There are probably people who think what I do is stupid, but that's totally okay. I do it for myself, and not a single nasty word spoken about me ever gets through to me.
If you have a lot of negative things in your head, you can't produce anything good. Then you also say less-than-kind things to other people. I eat a lot of colorful plants and listen to a lot of kind words. I can absolutely recommend that.
We're only here once, and we're all living life for the first time. Do your thing, don't get annoyed, and listen to the right people. 🫶."

Björn explains: "No matter where I've been in my life – I've always talked a lot and uttered nonsense, but never as much as I really wanted. There always comes a point where I'm told that it's getting too much and I should hold back a bit.
Now, all of a sudden, it's the complete opposite: With comedy, everything that's going on in my head can come out, and what has annoyed many people for decades is suddenly supposed to be art.
It's the same as always, and for the first time, I feel like I can just be Björn.
No nonsense is too much, and no joy is a distraction. I may be just starting out, but I've long since arrived where I always wanted to be. If someone ever tells you, "You're too much," don't necessarily listen; sometimes that's not even your audience."
