“I’ve always wanted to do something creative. I just didn’t know what that would look like — or where I’d find it.”

Looking back, I realize it was always there. As a kid, I spent hours lost in our family photos. But I never imagined photography could be a career — or my career.

After finishing school, I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted to study . Then, almost by chance, I stumbled into a classic photography apprenticeship. Maybe a lucky coincidence, but not entirely random.

For many years, I worked in high-end post-production, shaping other people’s images with precision and care. My retouching label, Rare Imaging ( since 2009)  still carries my initials and reflects that chapter of my journey — a subtle reminder that what’s rare is often found in the unnoticed details.

But for me, beauty isn’t about flawless perfection. It’s about the balance between craftsmanship and the freedom to embrace randomness — that unpredictable spark that brings images to life. I need that space, that openness, where chance and intuition can flourish alongside careful planning.

Today, my work lives between these two worlds: the conceptual and the raw, the precise and the spontaneous. I’m drawn to naturalness, to authentic moments, and to a beauty that feels effortless and true.

My creative focus spans beauty, fashion, portraiture, and hospitality - fields where storytelling, style, and human connection come together. At the same time, I’m deeply committed to working consciously and sustainably, bringing a green mindset to every project, mindful of our environment and its future.

Photography, for me, is deeply tied to nostalgia — a desire not to freeze moments in time, but to stretch them out, let them breathe, and linger a little longer.
