PERFECTPROPS : styling for NENA's music video 'Genau jetzt', The Wild Summer in CALEO MAG, PANORAMA MAG, ONE MAGAZINE, and SONY with Manuel Neuer

For the new Summer Issue of CALEO magazine, stylist Julia QUANTE went wild with colors. To underscore the theme of the editorial 'The Wild Summer', suits, casual shirts and shorts in a mix of patterns and colors were selected for male model Matthew Hold. Dennis Weber captured it all in photos.

Summer, sun, Marrakesh. For PANORAMA magazine, PERFECTPROPS stylist Julia QUANTE and photographer Edgar BERG c/o KLEIN PHOTOGRAPHEN took a trip to Morocco. The result is a stylish spread with impressive landscapes.

For the fashion editorial 'Lines & Movement', Frank Widema photographed model Karla Belfort. The spread can be seen in ONE magazine. Styling is from the hands of Munich-based stylist Stefanie SCHWAIGER, who proved her fashion expertise in interpreting the theme of stripes.

A street style fashion editorial was created in Paris. The result is cool and casual spread for which PERFECTPROPS stylist Stefanie SCHWAIGER and photographer Kathrin Makowski worked together.

For the music video of Nena's new song 'Genau jetzt' (right now), Frank Wilde was in charge of styling. It was directed by Vitali Gelwich.

About Kathrin Makowski

Hello!  I am kathrinmakowski , a Munich based fashion and beauty photographer. After my study of languages I dedicated myself to what I truly wanted to do. I wanted to combine my abilities with a profession that gives me the possibility to feel free, to express feelings and to allow me to develop as a person.

To get there, I was lucky to spend several years assisting very talented photographers who gave me the opportunity to learn and to reflect different points of view. After a certain time, I felt I needed a different inspiring place in order to move forward. I moved to London and New York, realizing several personal projects and extending my portfolio. Back home, I started working for different magazines and commercial clients (Opus, Glamour, HUF Magazine, Quality Magazine...).

My work connects a high level of naturalness and sensitivity with a calm and modern visual language. For me, the way to create autenthic photographs is by realizing who you are and putting this into your work.
