This is the brief Mäurer & Wirtz gave for the new 4711 fragrance commercial. Director Ivo Wejgaard c/o 1st UNIT and DOP Pascal Walder c/o 1st UNIT shot atmospheric imagery in South Africa. PALLADIUM commissioned Aachen based agency CAUTION and CD Ralf Liess with the commercial’s production. Palladium’s producer Knut Losen was on location to ensure everything ran smoothly.
But what do they smell like? The women’s perfume seduces with its delicate transparent notes of lotus flower, the men’s creation inspired with its dynamic scent of driftwood. The world famous brand is still based in its original historic building in Cologne’s Glockengasse.
