Cologne based photographer MARCUS MÜLLER SARAN, with a focus on people, lifestyle and sport photography, is NEW at GoSee.The Leverkusen born photographer has been living and working in Cologne for the last 20 years and has his own studio directly behind centrally located Neumarkt, in the heart of the city. He says about himself that he only works for commissioning clients. Marcus has been a freelance still expert for 20 years, without a representing agency, and thus a close relationship with his clients is essential for him.
It all started with a photography apprenticeship with an automobile photographer. His passion for sport led him to Bundesliga (German premiere league) club Bayer 04 Leverkusen, whose professional football teams he still works with in 2014. His basketball photos gave him an opportunity with NIKE and top player Dirk Nowitzki. He has been working for ADIDAS for the last 12 years, shooting signature card pictures for DFB, photographing contract players and producing various ADIDAS campaigns as well as campaigns for Adidas clubs.
Thanks to countless editorial works for magazines and acting agencies, Marcus Müller Saran can safely say that celebrity clients don’t make him nervous anymore. Bastian Pastewka, Ralf Schmitz Ingo Appelt, Johann König and many others already posed for his camera. Here we present a personal project with the German national football team, featuring new German superstar André Schürrle. The occasion for the shoot was the presentation of the new DFB jersey (home and away) in Munich.
