Das luxuriöse britische Desigenrlabel ME+EM setzte mit dem Production Support von BAKER & CO und DOP Nick Burton-Moore einige elegante Kollektionen unter der Sonne Südafrikas um. Mit dabei waren das Fotografenteam Arran & Jules, die Hair & Makeup Artists Alet Viljoen, Anja Fichtenmayer und Kelly Paitaki. Aradia Crockett sorgte für das Styling der Modelle Swati Eck und Beatriz Machado.
Gegründet wurde das Label von Designerin Clare Hornby 2009: “The secret to ME+EM is what we don’t have: middlemen. I’m obsessed with quality, and in order to offer the finest at an affordable price, we do everything ourselves in-house. No middleman means no unnecessary markups. It’s the very simple reason why we no longer have to choose between luxury and cost. I’m proud to say that ME+EM was the very first luxury brand in the UK to disrupt the market in this way, paving the way for a new vision of womenswear.”
