For Lacoste Jewelry, a high-end beauty production was created by Carlos Victimo c/o SHOTVIEW. At its center: the iconic crocodile – reduced, polished, and charged – staged in extreme close-ups that merge jewelry and skin into a single visual surface.
Victimo works with maximum proximity. Lips, light reflections, textures – everything is precisely composed, nothing accidental. The jewelry becomes physically tangible. The images move between intimacy and graphic rigor, between beauty and an almost surreal abstraction.
Carlos Victimo is a fashion and beauty photographer as well as a creative director, known for his emotionally charged visual language. His work combines drama, color, and minimalistic fantasy into powerful visual narratives. Fashion often serves as a starting point for making inner visions visible – emotions turn into light, forms into meaning.
His goal as a photographer is to translate emotions into visual stories, challenge perception, and celebrate the power of light. This approach is clearly felt in the Lacoste production – precise, intense, and sharply focused.
Carlos Victimo has previously worked for publications including Vogue, Perfect Magazine, The Altered States, Numéro, TUSH, and other international titles.
