Danish fashion photographer Anders KAVIN shot the current ‘since ´72’ autumn 2013 campaign for the Danish brand with the Italian name: BERTONI.
Despite the slightly confusing name, the label produces wearable men’s fashion with the typically Scandinavian touch. Or as they put it: ‘Bertoni's business idea is to design, manufacture and sell commercial fashion garments with a clean, sharp Scandinavian expression.’
Bertoni presents four collections per year for three different lines: White, Bertoni and Noble Fade. And each brand has its own unique story – but they are all aimed at the same type of man. The collections include everything from increasingly popular casualwear to formal suits, just with far more superior cuts to those of its predecessors. They also have accessories to go with the clothes for the perfect look – high quality and timeless of course.
About - The company was founded by Mr. Breckling in 1972 in the city of Aarhus (Denmark's 2nd largest city, located in Jutland) manufacturing and selling trousers named 3B. Having great succes Mr Breckling soon expanded his business to include full suits in modern fit. The brand rapidly developed other lines, resulting in Bertoni.
Bertoni soon became known as the brand with the youngest and most modern fit. Today the company is based in the town of Beder close to Aarhus, now designing, constructing and manufacturing a full wardrobe ranging from coats, suits, shirts, knitwear, jerseys and leather jackets to shoes and accessories, all in a most fashionable look with genuine Bertoni of Denmark heritage and great comfort for whatever situation.
