The sixth collection from the house of BLACK SWAN, enticed photographer KAVIN to created contrast-rich images with light-as-a-feather elements and a feminine start to the S/S 2015 season. As usual, the Danish fashion label focuses on their favourite statement colour: black. This time they combine it with airy light grey blends and powder pinks. The abstract shapes and structures of nature inspired designers Sabine Boye Kass and Janne Eskildsen for this collection. Anders KAVIN worked with a cluster of white balloons as well as perfectly styled model Zitta Egede. The limited edition is available online from 25 February 2015.

The name BLACK SWAN was chosen because it has a tone of the adventure that this project is to us. Moreover, the swan is Denmark's national bird, the obvious choice to symbolize Danish design. The swan is also used in the Hans Christian Anderson fairytale “The ugly duckling” – a story about how the little duckling grew into a beautiful swan. That it is black adds a cool twist - just like our collection - and to sum it all up black is our All Time Favourite – and the color of much of our designs. blackswanfashion.com
