Karin Schrank, Head of Marketing at MARC CAIN, adds her aesthetic eye to the GoSeeAwards panel at UPDATE14 in Berlin

When a collection is presented amidst abstract ice interiors and yet it remains the centre of attention, the creatives have certainly been getting it right. The MARC CAIN Autumn/Winter 2014 images successfully embody the brand’s philosophy and sense of aesthetics, art, casualness and exclusivity. A perfect credo that will see Head of Marketing Karin Schrank enrich the GoSeeAwards panel at UPDATE14 in Berlin. The fashion brand describes itself as a love declaration to women, and we are delighted to combine this in the coming week with our love of photography.

Helmut Schlotterer founded MARC CAIN in 1973 and still heads the business today in his role as chairman of the board. The high quality clothing brand sources textiles from Italy and is exclusively produced in Europe, with its creative heart firmly rooted in its German hometown of Bodelshausen.

Since 2012 the brand has been showing at Berlin Fashion Week alongside other trend labels in the fashion metropolis. “Berlin, alongside Düsseldorf, has become the most important fashion event in Germany. By taking part we are acknowledging and supporting the increasing importance of Berlin Fashion Week”, says Karin Schrank.

On 24 October we will welcome her once more to Berlin and are looking forward to seeing who will win her vote at the GoSee Awards.
