MARIA SCHINZ IMAGING engagiert sich für das Charity Project ARTHELPS, einer Initiative von Kreativen und Künstlern, die Menschen aus sozial benachteiligten Verhältnissen auf ganz besondere Art und Weise hilft: mit Kunst. Für dieses Projekt nahm die Postproduktionerin sogar selbst die Kamera in die Hand und betreute somit den gesamten Prozess - vom Casting bis hin zur Postproduktion.
About - ARTHELPS is an initiative of creative people and artists who help people from socially disadvantaged backgrounds in a special way: with art. With various creative projects we offer them a stage on which they can discover their artistic potential and live it out. And we give them a voice: through the dissemination of their newly formed art work the messages of the participants are communicated to a welcoming audience. Promotes. Awakens. Unleashes. The projects support in two ways: they boost the individual personality with the power of contemplation, expression, will and self-initiative, and they strenghten the community by working in teams, and encouraging social elements like tolerance, respect and active, empathetic listening. The result: new self-confidence and self-efficacy.
