Sunrise has launched its new employer branding campaign "Challengers Wanted", developed by Zurich-based agency Sir Mary. The message is clear: the company is looking for doers—people who question the status quo and take ownership.
Photographer and DOP Tian STÖHR c/o UPFRONT brought the concept to life at the LED Cave in Berlin, incorporating custom AI-generated backgrounds he created himself. The result is a visually distinctive campaign that positions Sunrise as a forward-thinking employer. It was produced by LUNIK and the PROTOKOLL GROUP took care of the creative retouch.
The campaign spans digital channels, social media, and internal initiatives targeting current employees. It is complemented by a content series featuring blog posts and videos that offer authentic insights into everyday work life at Sunrise.
