The set was dominated, alongside Lewis, by an antique Mercedes, and for the background at the film and photo shoot, additional photos from Lewis’ youth were projected. KAPTURING was on the road with beautiful Lena Gercke for fashion label ABOUT YOU. On the streets of Kiev, as well as in the Chocolate House, photos of the new collection for LeGer by Lena Gercke were shot. The collection lives from an interplay of various textures and materials with a mix of classic and modern elements. It is above all one thing: personal. For the collection, Lena let her very own touch flow into the designs. This is not only reflected in the colors chosen but also in its materials and the silhouettes – bright blue paired with warm earthy tones meet elegant black, soft materials such as satin are paired with rough textures including leather. Johann COHRS c/o BIRGIT STÖVER ARTISTS was commissioned by SYNDICATE DESIGN AG to photograph new motifs for Germany’s best-known brand of air freshener IPURO. Instead of photographing the plants, whose natural aromas are the ingredients of the fragrances, in classic reflected light, Johann Cohrs placed them in front of an X-ray apparatus. By doing so, each photo achieves its very own complexity; this simplifies the wonder of nature and reduces it to its essential components.
