Die Designerin über ihr Label : 'As a brand, LU REN was established in 2013 and is named after my grandmother who patiently taught me the skills of dressmaking, sewing & knitting and installed me with the confidence, drive and passion for a career within fashion. In 1980, my grandmother decided to rename herself to LU REN which translates to “What people have left behind” At this time, she had 6 children, 21 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren and she said that we are the meaning of her whole life and what she brings to the world will continue on for generations.'
