Don’s love for photography started as a teenager, spending all his free time developing film and making prints in the darkroom. In his twenties he sold everything he owned and moved to Milan, Italy to launch his professional career. Living in one of the major fashion and design capitals of the world definitely had an influence on his sense of taste and photographic style. After returning to the United States Don began his successful business relationship with Alyssa Pizer Management, who continues to represent him worlwide.
