"I love myself, I don't love myself" is the recently released second studio album by successful German singer Nina Chuba. The album explores the balancing act between self-confidence and self-doubt. Verena Knemeyer and Annalena Rumler, both artists c/o DOUBLE T, were the creative minds behind the album artwork for NINA CHUBA'S "ICH LIEB MICH - ICH LIEB MICH NICHT" (I LOVE ME - I DON'T LOVE ME).
"It's finally here! You can now pre-order my second album ICH LIEB MICH, ICH LIEB MICH NICHT (I LOVE ME, I DON'T LOVE ME)! I'm so proud of this album, the (really many) songs, and this incredibly fine box set, and I'm looking forward to finally sharing it with you!" Nina Chuba, singer-songwriter.
The motifs were created using hybrid photography: studio photography × CGI environments – individually designed image by image, from conception and scene development to lighting, hair & makeup, styling, CGI, and post-production.
"Together with Creative Director Pierre M. Beecroft and photographer and co-creator Verena Knemeyer, we created a lush, slightly surreal Garden of Eden universe. The CGI worlds of Amelie Runkel & Marlin Rosenbrock blended seamlessly into the photography, and I perfected the whole thing in post-production." Annalena Rumler.
"Projects like this prove once again: excellence is a team sport. Every department performed like a pro, and the result is a whole new world centered around the music of Nina Chuba." DOUBLE T Photographers.
