Based in Malmö and Stockholm, the driving force behind animation studio DEPICTION are the creative minds of Oskar Vallinder, David Sandell and Jonathan Silfverberg. The trio strikes a unique balance, fusing playfulness with sophisticated technical expertise. With their creations, DEPICTION explores stylized and exaggerated characters and scenes while, at the same time, mindfully maintaining a tactile and physical emotive dimension.
Their works have been on display at film festivals in all corners of the globe, including Centre Pompidou in Paris and the Museum of Modern Art in New York City.
AGENT MOLLY & CO is delighted to welcome new entry Eiko OJALA from Estonia. The renowned illustrator works digitally for the most part and draws everything by hand. Within his creative process, Eiko likes to study the shapes of objects and work closely with light and shadow. He prefers a minimal design for his illustrations which he crafts only upon thoughtful consideration – combining master craftsmanship with a healthy dose of humor.
After starting out as an intern under Vivienne Westwood, Daniel quickly ascended the ranks of top international agencies such as M&C Saatchi. He soon became a creative director and founded his own illustration studio in 2014. His background in fashion and design enabled him to develop a multifaceted yet recognizable style of illustration – and thus embark on an international career with major clients in the areas of advertising, editorial, music and culture.
