4711 presents the Acqua Colonia Collection Absolue - with textures by Kirsten BENOUFA c/o LIGAWEST

The 4711 Acqua Colonia Collection Absolue combines traditional craftsmanship with modern innovation to capture high-quality and elegant fragrances in liquid form. Each fragrance in the collection is masterfully composed of the finest ingredients.

The textures for the 4711 Acqua Colonia Collection Absolue campaign motif were created by Kirsten BENOUFA c/o LIGAWEST - without the use of AI.

Inspired by nature and the most precious ingredients in the art of perfumery, 4711 presents its seven new unisex fragrances, ranging from oriental to floral and woody notes.

For over two centuries, 4711 has been synonymous with the multifaceted fragrance world of eaux de cologne. With the launch of the new Acqua Colonia Collection Absolue, the traditional house is, for the first time, focusing on luxurious eaux de parfum.

The 4711 brand belongs to the company Mäurer & Wirtz GmbH & Co. KG, which subsequently refreshed the image of 4711 by adding further products to the 4711 range. The traditional Echt Kölnisch Wasser, Nouveau Cologne and Acqua Colonia are now offered under the 4711 umbrella brand.

The motif was photographed by Manuel Mittelpunkt.

About Manuel Mittelpunkt

Manuel Mittelpunk was born in Moers and now lives and works in Cologne. He specializes in still life, liquid, cosmetic, and CGI photography. After finishing school, Manuel initially moved to Berlin and began studying at the renowned Lette Verein. During this time, he deepened his knowledge of still life and liquid photography and developed his distinctive, clean, and minimalist style.

He left academia when he realized that his true passion lay in applied and commercial photography. Manuel moved to Cologne and launched his career as a freelance photographer in 2010. Since then, he has received numerous commissions from well-known clients, magazines, and agencies.

"I'm a still life photographer based in Cologne, Germany. I don´t know what the sense of life is for most people, but I do know what my personal sense and ambition is: Making things beautiful through photography. I found this out at the age of 18, and it has been my passion from that time on.

At the age of 22, I opened up my own photography business, with the focus on stills, high speed images and cosmetic products. I am fortunate to have my own studio now, which I am very grateful for, because I can photographically experiment with liquids and all kinds of lotions. I am sure you can imagine how messy a shooting can get. And many times my studio looks, at the end of a shooting, like a complete disaster. However, it's always worth it because the results are remarkable.

My style of photography is reduced, clean, fresh and young - not forgetting that the most important point is including action. This gives every image it's own individual story and character, thus making them alive images. Yes, that's what it's about - making images alive to speak to the viewer's mind, heart and soul.

I love changes, challenges and, as mentioned, action. I love creating new worlds for every shooting and the most important thing is, I love expressing emotions. That´s why I truly believe that photography will always have an important status now and in the future. People love pictures with stories and character; especially when these stories touch their heart. Speaking to the viewer on an emotional level will always be my greatest concern and, if you will, mission." Manuel Mittelpunkt
