Cecil Arp combined a visit to his favorite city, Los Angeles, with a personal project. He photographed former model Renée during her morning workout in her favorite neighborhood around the famous Melrose Avenue.
The Wasteland store shown here is located at 3828 West Sunset Boulevard in the Silver Lake neighborhood. This building previously housed a popular Army Surplus Store before Wasteland opened its doors there in 2024.
