No one builds a legacy by standing still … The RIMOWA campaign this year presents three icons that don’t tell you where they’re going – but instead why. One of the three protagonists is British Formula 1 driver and Monaco resident Lewis Hamilton.
The campaign motifs were produced by HABITANT PRODUCTIONS for the agency Anomaly. Photographer: Chris Rhodes.
“World-class athlete Lewis Hamilton is accustomed to a life of travel; touring to races across the globe. Now, he journeys with a fresh perspective. From the passenger seat, he is focusing on more than the road ahead, but embracing and learning from the world around him.” RIMOWA.
Rimowa, based in Cologne on the Rhine, is among the market leaders worldwide in the premium suitcase segment. Since 1898, the German company has been producing high-quality luggage and promises its customers a life-long warranty. At the end of 2016, the French luxury goods conglomerate LVMH acquired 80 percent of company shares.
The seven-time Formula 1 Wold Champion Lewis Hamilton is used to traveling a lot – but the days of having tunnel vision are over. Today, Lewis doesn’t just focus on what’s ahead. That way, he doesn’t lose sight of the world around him – so he can learn from it.
Lewis Hamiltons Credo : “The more you take in, the more you can give out.”
It perfectly fits the Never Still collection that gives you modern, functional and elegant solutions for your daily commute in the city, on the job and so much more.
