Renowned fashion photographer Sacha Tassilo Höchstetter shot the Summer '26 campaign for Shanghai-based menswear label AUTASON. Internationally successful male model Filip Hrivnak was the model in front of his camera.
For the campaign, the label deliberately contrasted classic Italian scenery with modern menswear. The result is a visual world that blends Mediterranean elegance, timeless tailoring, and contemporary luxury aesthetics. The look embraces the currently popular relaxed "Quiet Luxury" design featuring lightweight, textured fabrics perfect for the warmer months.
The Munich-based photographer shot the campaign at an elegant estate in southern Italy. The architecture, lighting, and landscape perfectly complement the sophisticated atmosphere of the collection.
For over 15 years, the premium menswear brand AUTASON has stood for sophisticated menswear that combines traditional tailoring with contemporary ease. Alongside its classic main line, the label is enjoying success with its progressive sub-brand Autason Black, which focuses on minimalist streetwear and urban casualness.
According to the official brand biography, the label was founded in 1871 in France by the fictional character Flambo Autason (法兰嚷奥德臣). He is said to have originally started out as a manufacturer of French military uniforms.
In its current form as a premium menswear brand, the label was largely developed for the Asian market and launched there in 1998. Most recently, the brand underwent a comprehensive repositioning by international strategists and renowned European design studios (such as Correa Granados Architects from Milan) to establish its current high-end "Quiet Luxury" style.
The brand was founded in the late 1990s by what was then Jiangyin Autason Fine Fabrics & Garments Co., Ltd. The company behind it was a long-established Chinese textile and wool manufacturer. The AUTASON brand (Chinese: 奥德臣) now belongs to the large Chinese apparel company Heilan Group.
The campaign was produced by GoSee Premium Member SPEEDBALL PRODUCTIONS from Hamburg.
