New York based beauty and fashion photographer, Helena PALAZZI, took her inspiration for this modern, graphic hair story from the actress Tilda Swinton and the cabaret performer, Justin Vivian Bond.
Working with her talented team, including the always creative hair artist, Paul Warren and the make-up artist Margina Dennis, Helena had the chance to play with masculine qualities and the feminine strength in the model, Jana's, beautiful face.
The intention was to create a hint of natural movement in the hair, while at the same time building a strong architectural silhouette. These images will appear in MODERN SALON magazine and on the website.
