Food on a plane is rarely a culinary masterpiece. But that could perhaps change soon because AIR HAMBURG commissioned food expert Stefan THURMANN c/o JULIA WALDMANN to realize a cookbook. The handpicked recipes from more than 30 employees were staged by him over the course of ten days with the help of foodstylist Michele Wolken at Studio Ground in Hamburg – the perfect photo and film location for food and still life productions.
