Fideli Sundqvist zählt zu den spannendsten Paper Artists Skandinaviens - eine Illustratorin und Grafikdesignerin aus Uppsala, deren Werke in minutiöser Handarbeit entstehen. Schon als Kind prägten Musik und visuelle Kultur ihr Verständnis von Gestaltung. Besonders Albumcover faszinierten sie – ein Linolschnitt-Motiv wurde für sie zum Schlüsselmoment, der neue künstlerische Perspektiven öffnete. Nach dem Schulabschluss zog Fideli nach Stockholm, studierte an der Nyckelviksskolan und später an der renommierten Konstfack. 2011 schloss sie ihr Studium in Graphic Design and Illustration ab.
Während dieser Zeit entdeckte sie ihre Leidenschaft für das Material Papier: zunächst durch filigrane Scherenschnitte, später durch komplexe dreidimensionale Papierobjekte, die sie konstruiert und fotografisch inszeniert. Ihr Werk lebt vom Spiel mit Licht und Schatten, von Präzision und poetischer Leichtigkeit. Die Transformation von zweidimensionalen Silhouetten zu immersiven 3D-Welten markiert ihre ganz persönliche Handschrift.
Stockholm-based Agent Molly & Co was founded in 2002 by Molly Karlberg and Sara Sinnby. Right from the start our guiding principles have been focus, ambition and commitment. We enjoy great success representing some of Sweden’s most innovative photographers, illustrators and stylists, working within both the Swedish and international markets whilst focusing primarily on advertising and fashion.
