The European oyster has almost become extinct; and the wild delicatessen can be harvested only under extreme conditions. For the WALL STREET JOURNAL, AGENT BAUER photographer Brendan AUSTIN accompanied the oyster fishers in the Danish Limfjord where the largely extinct original oyster of the European continent still lives in the wild today.
About - The Limfjord is a shallow part of the sea, located in Denmark where it is regarded as a fjord ever since the Vikings. However it has inlets both from the North Sea and Kattegat and hence separates the island of North Jutlandishes Island from the rest of the Jutland Peninsula. It is approximately 180 kilometres long and of an irregular shape with numerous bays, narrowings, and islands. The Limfjord is not a fjord in the geological sense - in Danish, as in Norwegian the term "fjord" can refer to a wide range of waterways.

Commissioned by the Agency Åkestam & Holst, the Stockholm-based photographer Alexander CRISPIN c/o AGENT BAUER went to the races for the Swedish horse race agency ATG where he photographed the Swedish star sulky jockey Björn Goop with his harnessed team in amusing poses.
About - ATG, the Swedish Horse Racing Totalisator Board, was founded in 1974. The company was established by the state, with the aim of guaranteeing long-term financial stability for trotting and thoroughbred racing. ATG's success on the betting market, and the surplus generated by the company's business, have made a major contribution to the health of horse sport in Sweden: the country today can boast of a high class of equine sport in general, and of trotting racing in particular. The profits produced by our betting activities also benefit other horse-related areas of industry. atg.se & swedishhorseracing.com
