We are pleased to welcome COMMON ERA at GoSee – an agency from London that represents six exciting photographers from very different areas. “As a new photography agency we are agile, collaborative and forward-thinking. At its heart, common era is an agency that represents a handful of carefully curated visual artists. Photography and image making is our passion – we strive to forge lasting relationships with both our artists and our clients. We produce all shoots either in house or in partnership with trusted local producers depending on the requirements of the job. By operating on a project-by-project model we can scale up production support as needed, and by tapping into our network of global suppliers, we make it a smooth shoot regardless of the location. We’ve shot cars in sub-zero temperatures in the Austrian Alps, photographed aristocracy in an impressive country estate, snapped celebrities on the streets of London, and even learned the secret behind creating an indoor BBQ without setting off the smoke alarm,” says Kevin Moore, Agent/Producer.
Here on GoSee, we present you the new project by still life specialist PALOMA RINCON for NISSAN MICRA. “Paloma Rincón ’s quirky images are marked by bold colors, graphic compositions and unexpected juxtapositions. Her playful and contemporary photographs are the result of a meticulous planning process, resulting in a selection of props, textures and lighting techniques that all come together in a unique harmony. In collaboration with Fubiz and NISSAN for the launch of the new MICRA, Paloma created two water paintings featuring the car. With careful planning and a crafty approach, Paloma submerged the car seamlessly within the colorful patterns.”
Ryan Edy was commissioned to photograph UFC light heavyweight Jimi Manuwa for Reebok as he went through a rigorous training session ahead of an upcoming fight. Ryan was also commissioned to capture a group of elite runners as they explored London in Reebok’s innovative new Floatride shoes.
COMMON ERA presents the portfolio by Matt Stansfield on GoSee: “Matt specializes in fashion, youth culture and lifestyle. His focus is always on capturing something raw: an un-staged moment caught between frames, a space where models become real people and real people lose their inhibitions. Clients include: Nike, Umbro, Adidas, Ben Sherman Jr, Supra, Boohoo, Harvey Nichols, MA.Strum, Soccer Bible, Clarks, Nintendo, Ohw? Footwear, and Client Magazine. Don’t forget to take a look through Matt’s portfolios!”
On the west coast of Scotland, Armando FERRARI photographed the album artwork for Justin Currie’s new release, “This is My Kingdom Now”. The singer’s third album is also marked by Curries striking voice, a melancholic basic mood and his knack for unconventional love song lyrics. We have the unconventional portraits here on GoSee.
“A thoughtful but raw intensity and cinematic gaze runs through Armando’s work, which is always executed with form and a sense of beauty in mind. His images are both graphic and complex. With a fundamental understanding of light, Armando works across genres, from automotive to portraiture, sport and reportage,” the agency tells us about the photographer, who photographs for clients such as Nike, Under Armour, Evonik, Umbro, Surface Magazine, Glenlivet, BBC, Dazed, New Statesman, New Scientist, Sourz-MTV. Several more works from Armando are available via COMMON ERA.
