Nach seinem Abschluss am Bunka Fashion College arbeitete der japanische Designer Takya Morikawa zunächst bei Issey Miyake Co., Ltd. bevor er in 2013 seine eigene Marke TAAKK auf den Markt brachte. Seit 2020 zeigt der vielfach ausgezeichnete Modedesigner seine Kollektion in Paris.
Für die aktuelle Modenschau H/W 2025, die soeben in Paris gezeigt wurde, war Chisom Abuba aka Whitecasting c/o SHOTVIEW A.M: für das Casting verantwortlich.
