'Arrive like never before...' - photographer PATRIK JOHALL c/o SUPERSTUDIO shot the campaign for the VOLVO XC60. “Arrive like never before in the new Volvo XC60. Engineered for escape and crafted for luxury, the XC60 features a powerful T8 Plug-In Hybrid engine that delivers up to 407HP while never compromising comfort. Experience one today and discover what driving can do for you.” VOLVO says about the new machine. The motifs were produced near Bilbao over the course of two long work days. "Inspired by the world's toughest yacht race, the V90 Cross Country Volvo Ocean Race combines true all-road, all-weather capability with adventure-enhancing features." VOLVO says about its new model VOLVO V90CC OCEAN RACE. The brief was to capture the free and wild spirit of the vehicle on four days of production. The executive agency was Stendahls from Göteborg with Art Director Oscar Plasidius and PM Karin Hedberg. The motifs were photographed in Norway by Patrik JOHALL c/o SUPERSTUDIO, and Anna Johall was the producer on location. Production: SUPERSTUDIO, and post production was handled by GoSee member ADAMSKY DIVISION.

We read on the VOLVO website: "Unique details - The combination of Crystal White paint, Kaolin Grey trim and Flare Orange highlights is exclusive to the V90 Cross Country Volvo Ocean Race, as is the interior upholstery and water-resistant load compartment floor. A strong integral LED light in the tailgate illuminates the area under the open tailgate, while a powerful, durable LED torch, made of black aerospace aluminum and available in three power modes, is located in the load compartment.
