"I’ve been holding this record close for what feels like forever but finally, it’s ours. I am immensely proud of Juniper: the laughter, the fear, the late nights, the “that’s not quite right”s, the doubt and fight that I poured into this record. I know it took time but I promise it was worth the wait. Thank you to everyone that played a part in making this record. Thank you all for holding me up for all this time. Now feck off and go listen to Juniper ❤️" Joy Crookes, Singer-Songwriter.
Warum die Platte Juniper heisst? Joy Crookes sagt selbst, dass der Titel ein Hinweis auf ihre Resilienz sei: „the title itself nods to resilience (an evergreen that thrives in harsh conditions)“.
