Hellas 1899 Hildesheim is a sports club specialized in water polo and teaching kids how to swim. Today, Hellas 1899 and its emerging talents are famous across Germany in the water polo sports scene and became a forge for young talent in 2006. That same year, the club was also promoted to the 1st Bundesliga of the German Water Polo League, unfortunately followed by relegation shortly after in 2008.
