John Buche is an American born director based mostly in Asia and Europe. Having grown up in America, Africa, and in various European countries, he speaks French, German,and English fluently. John started as PA and worked his way up, doing Assistant Director work on US features with Richard Linklater and John Schlesinger. He started out directing music videos and quickly graduated to commercials. With a deep focus on beauty, fashion and in particular character performance, he has helmed major spots for some of the industries biggest brands. John’s collaborative nature and love of building ideas from the ground up has led him to collaborate with the highly regarded Haute Couture designer, Oscar Carvallo. John has worked with numerous celebrities; Heidi Klum, Franz Beckenbauer, The German National Team to name a few.
