“Should we feel like disco dancing despite these strange times? Here’s my latest work for Zlaty Bazant ‘73 – a beer brewed the same way as back in 1973.” so Regisseur Roman VALENT c/o ANDREA HEBERGER zu GoSee.
About - Zlatý Bažant '73 is a pale lager with an alcohol content of 4.5%. It is brewed using a double decoction mash with barley malted at our own malthouse, with Saaz hops and a special yeast. Its advantage is an extra-long, six-week brewing process. Its character is marked by a pleasant aroma of hops balanced with a full body, a golden-yellow color and a finish with a bitterness that nicely fades. Zlatý Bažant ‘73 is an extraordinary lager inspired by the oldest preserved brew log of Zlatý Bažant beer from 16 April, 1973.
