More edge, more attitude, more sensitivity for the imperfect: WILDFOX RUNNING now represents Marta Giunipero – an illustrator who doesn’t construct visual worlds, but reveals them.
Trained in Italy (IED Turin, Illustration & Animation), Marta has been working across editorial, publishing and visual communication since 2016 – and that’s exactly where things get interesting: her work feels raw, fragmented, multilayered.
Marta collects. Things, moments, visual fragments. What remains in others’ sketchbooks becomes a final image in her hands. Her technique: a deliberately broken mix of illustration and graphic design, combining analog textures with digital interventions. Lines are allowed to tremble, surfaces overlap, perspectives shift. Nothing is polished, nothing is “fully resolved” – and that’s precisely where the energy lies.
Her style recalls visual diaries, collages that constantly rearrange themselves. Colors collide, shapes feel intuitively placed, compositions develop an almost narrative tension. It feels like stepping into a process – not looking at a finished result. This “dirty aesthetic” is method: Marta Giunipero creates spaces where illustration can breathe – free from the pressure of perfection, yet full of personality and attitude.
With her, WILDFOX RUNNING adds an artist who consciously moves against the current – and for exactly that reason, hits the nerve of the moment.
