Mother London commissioned photographer Sam Wright to create the campaign visuals for Uber Eats Spain, shown here on gosee.news. The global campaign launched in summer 2026, and for the Spanish market, it was adapted with the slogan Cocinar? Ahora? (="Cooking? Now?").
The core idea behind the campaign: Nobody wants to be stuck at the stove when something exciting is happening. The goal was to convey this excitement in the visuals. Photographer Sam Wright was the perfect choice – he's known for his vibrant, candid snapshots. His images look like genuine photos of friends, not like advertisements.
Mother London has managed Uber Eats' advertising budget since early 2020. Global Chief Creative Officer Felix Richter and Creative Directors Luke Dawson and Fabio Montero are responsible for the campaign at Mother London.
Founded in August 2014 as a small, experimental lunch service called UberFRESH in California, Uber Eats evolved into one of the world's largest food and grocery delivery platforms through its spin-off into a standalone app in 2015 and massive global expansion.
Anyone already using the regular Uber app for rides is automatically enrolled in Uber Eats. This means their payment information and addresses are already on file. The app currently operates in over 11,500 cities worldwide.
Sam Wright is represented by the agency LGA MANAGEMENT, Paris - London - NYC.
